I samarbeid med Gut Wulksfelde, en økologisk gård nordøst for Hamburg, lagde Ökomarkt e.V et program for besøk på gårder. Programmet besto av en uke som tilbød elevene mulighet til å lære hva økologisk landbruk er. Hver dag hadde et nytt tema, med emner som blant annet økologisk dyrking og bevisst kjøttforbruk.
