Project team meeting in Hamburg, Germany

In March 2019, the project team met in Hamburg, Germany. Our hosts from Okomarkt put on a great meeting for us, which involved visiting a English language school that has put farming at the centre of its approach to education. The pupils learn about where their food comes from and hold regular produce markets for parents and the local community. Children are encouraged to organise their own projects, with many focussing on farming and animal welfare.
